How do you make characters run round corners with Mixamo?

So i am trying to work on a short in sequencer in which a Soldier runs round a corner. Sounds simple enough. I am using Mixamo animations. I started with a “Run Forward Arc Right” animation and then followed it with a “Running” animation. I matched up the right foot in the sequencer because this is how you link up Mixamo animations in sequencer. Or so i thought. My character then proceeds to run off in a completely different direction. I tried turning on and off the Yaw, Pitch and Roll rotations to no luck.

So my question is! How do you, Using Mixamo animations in Sequencer, get a character to run, or even stand and turn, round corners?

The Examples I have below are using different animations. I tried using a running to stop, then a turn 90 right followed by a running. But this too presesnts the same issues.

It looks to me like you’re turning 90 degrees to the right, then running 90 degrees to the right with a different animation than the first one, making a full 180 movement wise but still facing 90 degrees right from original forward. But it’s hard to tell- if we could see the animations better, say without walls in the way, we could diagnose it a little better.
