How do you give the clouds a direction of movement?

Hi!

Help me, please. My problem is that I am apparently completely unable to grasp the obvious. How do I set the direction of movement of clouds in my case? I don’t want to rotate the texture (I keep getting only this result), I want to exactly set the direction and control this process, but I’m not getting anywhere.

Please help me to find a solution.
