How do you get a response from Epic Support?

Hey guys,

I’m in a bit of a bind.
I sent in a message to Epic Games about account management issues because I want to separate my professional Epic Games account from my personal account (so that I don’t have “calembendell” as my name in Fortnite, which can be a little awkward :smiley: ) and was wondering if that would be possible.
I sent the message on Oct 08 asking them what I should do about (Case #1088262).
No response came, unfortunately.

A little over a month later on Nov 29th I sent in another case asking if there were any updates for the previous case (this is case #1410954).
I finally got a response from Epic today, which is great!
But the response was “… If you are still having any issues please create a** new **ticket …”.

This doesn’t really seem to be getting me anywhere.
Does anybody have tips on how to handle support?

I also have issues with an account, I also did not specify my nickname, it is my last name, and I never intended to use it as a forum nickname, if anyone knows how to change the nickname would be very handy.

This forum at the beginning of 2017 was one of the best on the internet, then something happens, probably some bad web developers or hack accident, they have decided to update their forum core engine and they have lost complete functionality, since then this forum pretty much one of the worst now. I have asked one day on the forum why it happened; they said they are doing some modification upgrades. If I were lost entire forum, I would be kicked out next day, but for some reason, bad web developer management still thinks this forum is Great and Amazing, it’s terrible user interaction compared to the old forum.

Same story applies to Marketplace, it’s like 5 years kid made it and it’s not Great & Amazing bla bla bla.
