How do you get a custom license

Hi,

I’m a student and I would like to join the Unreal Developer Network (UDN) but I think I need a custom license so my question is :

What is a custom licence ?

Can I get one as a student ? How do I get one ? How do I get into UDN ?

Thanks, is this only for enterprises ? Cause I already send an email to this but I only got an automatic response I think

+1 on the question. I am also interested in learning more about UDN and would appreciate some clarification:

  1. What exactly is UDN and what benefits can it provide?
  2. Can I get access as an individual rather than a company?

  1. UDN is Unreal Developers Network and it’s a support resource staffed by Epic engineers, so basically you’re asking technical questions to the people who built UE4. And you get to read everyone else’s questions and answers.
  2. Typically it’s only for companies but you’ll have to contact them to see if they make an exception.
