I would like to know where in the dev Portal we can manage sales? Either Epic organized ones or custom discounts.
The documentation only says “For more information, reach out to your Business Development contact.” which I don’t have because I’m using the new self publishing process.
My game just released so it’s not an issue yet but I was not able to do a launch discount for the same reason, and I would like to know for the near future.

For custom discounts, you’ll need to submit a Custom Sale Application Form.
You must sign up for notifications for store-wide sales to receive the appropriate opt-in steps for each sale we host. You can do this by navigating to Dev Portal, clicking on the bell icon in the top right, selecting the “Notification settings” option, and enabling the notifications for Epic Game Store. This will ensure that you receive all future updates about any store-wide sales we’re planning and how you can be part of them.

It feels a bit weird that we have to justify each sale including “key sales objective”, I can’t remember any other platform asking this.
Same fillings. I never setup discounts via Goolge Forms.
Hey all! The custom sale form is only temporary until the self-service functionality is available within Dev Portal. Once that’s released, you won’t need to use the form anymore to set up discounts.
