How do you determine the camera direction in the blueprints of a material?

How do you determine the camera direction in the blueprints of a material? Need to make the material effect transparent in the post process when the camera is rotated upwards

You can use ‘dot’ to tell which way the camera is pointing, relative to the object ( or the pixel, or vertex )

But, with PP, there is no object, or vertex or pixel.

I guess you would have to do it in a absolute sense
