How do you compare actors in the kill volumes of blueprint actors?

I have asked this question before and no one seemed to be able to answer it. I thought I’d ask again from a different approach. I have player abilities spawning as actors around the player and the abilities are suppose to kill the other player’s actors when they collide with the attached kill volume. I have tried and tried again to get this system to work, but it never works when I want. Even worse, the exact same code works in some while it won’t work in others. Please can someone figure out what is wrong?
