How do we have parameter/settings changes update in real time whilst playing a level?

Hello, I’m very new to Unreal. I have a lot of experience in FMOD where you could hook the middleware software up to the game engine with “live update” and any changes you make in FMOD are instantly updated in the game.

Surely Unreal has the equivalent of this? I’m wanting to change things like spatialization settings, concurrencies, etc etc. Best way for me to do it is keep tweaking numbers whilst playing the game. I haven’t been able to find information or figure out how to do this with Unreal.

Could someone please enlighten me?
