How do we get Unreal Live Link to work in a packaged game?

Hi all,

I succesfully implemented Unreal Live Link in the editor.
However, I need to get it to work in a packaged binary / executable.

Unfortunately, there are no instructions in the documentation on how to setup the blueprint so that Live Link works in a binary. We tried creating a blueprint that uses the plugin preset on game load, but we did not manage to get it to work.
