How do maintain a direct link transformation during a resync. The model keeps moving back to the origin during every resync which is frustrating to move every time.

Translations should be preserved when you resync your model through Direct Link. Could you submit a bug report at https://twinmotionhelp.epicgames.com/s/case-community-page and share a copy of your affected Revit and Twinmotion files so our support team can investigate this bug?

Hi Raghib,

This is currently not the case, I will submit a bug report to include the below. Unfortunately I am not permitted to share the model due to the sensitive nature of the project.

When each model is resynced the pivot point maintains its location but all of the geometry is reset to its original insertion point. I therefore have to move the pivot point and then relocate the geometry. There have been a couple of instances where a linked revit model (nested withing the syncing model) maintained its location when the main syncing model and all other linked revit models moved back to the original insertion point.

Not sure if this makes a difference but all revit models are linked from Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Also the sketchup background terrain expands for a significant distance in all directions (approx 100km) so this might be a cause of issues with the geometry precision.
