I’m trying to make my character blink but the head skeletal component is following the master components (body) AnimBP and therefore the head/face AnimBP gets overridden. I can only have either body animations or face animations at a single time, how do I get them both working together?
Oh and I’m using Physical Animation, so it’s important that the head follows the body, physically.
Would really appreciate some help with this

if you’re like me you’ve recorded a face and body motion and you want to use them together in sequencer?

make sure the body and torso has disabled post blueprint ticked. And keyed.

face - make sure animation mode is set on animation asset. Choose your face captured animation. key it on animation mode.
If you don’t key these values I think they’ll automatically reset.
Also make sure no livelink is enabled, and you don’t have play button on.
