How Do I upload/use mods on ark?

I’ve created a weapon mods, and I would like to use them on ark.
can I add mods to ark from dev kit?, and can I upload them to steam workshop or other site?.

no url? just a 404 error lol but glad u worked it out

Sorry to bother you again, I was able to upload mods, and download them onto ark, but not get them to show up in engrams. I tested it in the dev kit and everything worked fine. also I updated the link for future reference.
I believe I need to update my mods, just not sure how to do so…
