Hi, my name is and I am trying to update Unreal Engine 4 to the current installation. But every time I try to install the update my PC keeps telling me that Epic Games Launcher is still running and I need to close it to install the new Launcher. I have tried to do that by closing it in my Task Manager but it is not running in my task manager. I even tried to delete the Launcher in my Control Panel so I could re-install it after the fact I deleted it. But it won’t let me because it is still “running” when it really isn’t.
Please help me, I am only trying to install the newest version of UE4.
