How do I turn off this VR menu HUD that started showing up?

Ok, so this thing is coming up whenever I preview my game. No idea what it is or where it came from. I’m thinking I might’ve accidentally turned it on with my keyboard, but I’m not sure. Anyone know what it is and where to turn it off? It’s impossible to preview anything with this thing over my game.

Ok, so I just loaded a backup of my level from this afternoon and got rid of the thing. Hardly an adequate solution, but it’s gone and I am relieved.

Still would love to know what it was and how one is supposed to get rid of it without overwriting my work with previous versions.
