How do I solve this issue, when I use a dash while airborne it flings me to next millennium but I have a grapple hook mechanic I don't want to lose. How would I fix it?

Pardon the bad recording but I just need help and/or guidance in the matter. I want to keep the swinging of grapple hooks and the dash similar to doom eternal its a pet project.
