How do I share Unreal assets in a team without source control?

Can I share Unreal assets I have just bought in my dev team without using a source control tool(like git…)?

in other words, how do I make this process shorter:
buy assets → put the asset into Git → Team uses the assets from git in the company projects

I am asking this because it doesn’t make sense that big companies like CD red project are using this method each time when they want to share unreal assets.
