I get and error when i try to load our team map for a TMNT island. When i go to make my own island, there is no option for me to see TMNT brand templates, or any other brand template apart from Fall Guys and Rocket racing.
We thought maybe i hadnt agreed to everything i needed to agree to on my creator portal, so i checked and indeed have agreed to all applicable terms. I need help.
I had to log in and log out of the store, jsut incase anyone else runs into this issue.
okay, correction, i tried to open the TMNT team map, that was created by using one of the brand templates, it crashed and now i dont see any of the brand templates anymore. however i can create a blank canvass and choose TMNT under brand selection. i think ill just stay away from the templates for now.
