How do I report a particularly toxic player?

I was in a a match today and came across one of the most verbally abusive teammates I’ve ever encountered. It started with an uninstall you game please, and escalated from there. He showed absolutely no remorse and said even if they banned him he would just make a new account. Is there a better way to report than just the little note at the end of the game? Thanks for any help.
