How do I replicate this active animation effect where you are able to push any point of the body and it'll reposition itself back into a pose?

Been searching for this for ages. Seems simple. It has not anything to do with making the pelvis rigid, because that just makes the effect not work. Those spheres on feet make me believe it’s got something to do with that. They’re the least effected and get into position last.
