How do I render/record blender scenes by keyframing gameplay camera movements?

Hi! I am not a very experienced Unreal user, however, I am incredibly familiar with Blender. For my latest short film, I wanted to make certain scenes work from an FPS perspective, and to do this realistically, I decided it might be best to work in UE5. However, it is quite common for me to get framerate drops, lighting mistakes, and other errors when recording basic scenes. Is there a way I can record gameplay from my camera and use the movement of my camera while playing to render out a scene effectively?
