How do I render only a part of the animation?

Hello.
I imported an animation from 3DS Max in FBX format. The animation lasts 50 seconds.

How do I render only a part of the animation?

I would like to render from 10 seconds to 30 seconds.

I used Lumion before. There, I can specify the time of the fragment or frame of the movie that I want to render.

You can render parts separately from sequences (in the Export Property panel, you will find an option); however, it is not yet possible to export only a given time section (from frame X to Y).
