How do I remove the UEFN dark blue void?

Hello, does anyone have a solution to hide this dark void area that appeares under UEFN skybox? Thank you.

The best way is to drop in an ocean because it extends to the horizon and gives a good off into the distance.

If you have walls around your level make the waterzone any size but make the Ocean spline circle go around the outside of the waterzone and your game area to have no wavy ocean or swimming effect, just the ocean going off into the distance. Adjust the waterzone size so you don’t have any ocean mesh jutting into your level.

Or if you do want beaches and stuff make the waterzone much larger than your level and the ocean spline just within your coastline.

And ignore the illegal property modification, it only happens on the save after changing ocean values.

Hi, the ocean wouldn’t work in my case, but thanks for the advice. I solved it by creating a half sphere with emissive material

how did you make the half sphere and where do ytou place it

Hi all, Just noticed this got bumped.

Reminds me of a similar post - check that thread for another method.

@optica as for creation of a half sphere, just create a sphere in the modeling tools and cut it in half with the Model → Plane Cut tool. At that point you’d want to use a two-sided material or flip the normals with PolyGroup Edit → Select All → Flip. (Feel free to create another thread about modeling and tag me if you need any more help with that)
