How do I publish a game?

I’m creating this game, and I intend to release it after I’ve finished it… How do I go about doing this??

you should just need to package your game then ship it off to a distributor such as steam or itch.io.

Take a look at this document:

It describes in detail how to package your game. Once packaged, you just need to get it distributed. The process is different for each platform but the most common ones are Steam and Itch.io for indie devs. You’ll have to contact Microsoft, Nintendo or Sony to find out their distrobution requirements.
