"How do I properly set up Lumen for a small interior scene in UE5?"

Hi everyone,
I’m new to Unreal Engine and currently learning lighting systems. I want to create a small interior scene (like a living room) in UE5 and use Lumen for realistic lighting. However, I’m not sure what the best practices are for getting soft indirect lighting without too much noise or performance issues.
Should I use movable lights or stick with stationary? Also, is it okay to rely only on Lumen or should I combine it with baked lighting in some cases?

Any tips or recommended tutorials would be super helpful. Thanks!
