How do i pass the IARC thing for publishing

Yeah, I really wish we could get some additional guidance on some of these struggles. I’m dealing with one of my own and I can’t seem to get clear information on what I’m supposed to do. Several of the messages I’ve received are missing information or erroneous.

Epic claims they cannot help with IARC, yet they can automatically update the ratings and apply sanctions. In my case, I’m not sure if I’m supposed to push a new update or appeal the sanction, and if I appeal the sanction, I don’t exactly know what I’m appealing because the messages are missing information. Ex. ,[object Object],.

Player support claims that they can only help so far as they don’t have the visibility that the moderation team has. So they recommend filing an appeal…

…I’m fearful of getting a mark on my account from this. It’s all very confusing and I have not yet found anyone that could provide real guidance.

Some of us are not trying to cheat the system and want an honest fix, but it feels like they are tip-toeing around the issue and/or there is a serious disconnect between teams and their processes.

My island was in discovery with a consistent player base. It’s now been offline for days and I’m not sure how easy it is going to be to win my audience back!
