How do I open up the world settings tab?

I’m a fresh rookie in UE and I’m watching a tutorial to learn but the guy in the tutorial has that World Settings tab other than details tab on the right side of the viewport.

I started the project with the 3d person startups.

And btw are there any better tutorials that isn’t outdated and teaches you elaborately? Cus the good tutorials are outdated so I have no idea where that tab in the tutorial is in my current version and the latest ones are just bad at teaching and I’m just following orders. Thanks
