How do I open up the synchronization settings in Rhino?

Some of my walls from my Rhino file don't show at different angles when transferred in Twinmotion. I believe the solution is to turn off the "optimize model" checkbox but I don't know how to open up the synchronization settings.

Hi ,

That option is something that was only present in our legacy Direct Link plugin. I've timestamped our tutorial video showing how you can access that option if you're using that plugin: https://youtu.be/COTjOpslp_Q. This won't be applicable if you're using the newer Datasmith plugins, which don't have this option.

What I think is more likely to be the cause of this is that your Rhino materials are being imported as one-sided instead of two-sided. You can check this in Twinmotion by using the material picker on the surfaces that only appear from certain angles, then scroll down to the material's Misc panel and expand it to see if the "2-sided" checkbox is on or off. If it's off, turning it on should fix the issue.
