How do I open the "Operator Stack" tab next to "Details" & "World Settings" tab?

I cannot enable or open the “Operator Stack” tab under my “Outliner” window.

Were can I find or enable this tab?

Any advice would be kindly appreciated.

I will answer my own question.

It will be availiable under Windows ONLY if you are in the Motion Designer mode.

I was in “Selection Mode” and then it was nowhere to be found.
