Hello , My friend is working on a unreal engine project , he tried sending me the files , but i have no idea how to open it . I want the project to show on my projects browser and when open it , it opens the whole project without any problem
You need to double click on the .uproject. As long as you have the same engine version it was made on. The files you need are the .uproject, content and data folders. Saved and intermediate files are specific to each local machine and should not be shared. After you open the project the first time and save it, it will appear in your launcher for the next time.
