How do I migrate assets from 3DSMAX to Unreal Engine 5 ?

I want to migrate individual architectrual assets (buildings) from 3DSMAX to UE% and then have access availabel to selected team members. Whats the easiest approach to this?

Would you be able to provide a bit more information regarding team members.

As for migrating assets to UE5, an easy way is to select the individual asset in 3DS Max and export as an FBX, or select the entire asset and export it all as an FBX (the FBX’s when imported into UE usually separate themselves into individual pieces but their origin point will be offset).
