How do I make this?

Hey,

I’m really new to this so please excuse me. I’m trying to make a widget go down by 1 every 30 seconds (for my hunger bar), I’ve played around with this for quite a while and done some research, and I just can’t see to be able to work out how to do that. I’m currently watching Regenerating Armor & Damage Function - #4 Creating A First Person Shooter (FPS) With Unreal Engine 4 - YouTube but it’s not really helpful for the timer area of what I want to do.
