How do I make it so when you Hover Over an Object to Highlight it by looking at it.

I want it to be like this: Hover Over Object to Highlight it - UE5 - (I have tried methods but they don’t work as well as I want them too.)
Press E To collect said object.
After collecting the said object, text will display for a moment saying
“Collectible Found”

You look at the object and it should highlight as white similar to Indigo Park.
and then you press “E”
and you collect it and text appears saying “you found a Collectible”

I’m using Blueprints btw.
