How do i make a soft cutscene to gameplay transition?

Hello, someone please can help me to understand how to make a soft and “instantaneous” transition for cutscene to gameplay, with no fades or cut or loading screens. I’ll give as example the game Outlast, his initial gameplay is exactly what i’m trying to make.

You can achieve something similar to that by disabling player input, animate the camera and move it around as you like and then once its done simply enable player input.
