How do i make a skeletal mesh out of a non skeletal mesh?

i have a plane that should have some moving parts like the air brake, moving wings etc. it as a blender file.
I exported it as FBX and uploaded it into UE4 and it works fine, it shows ingame, no bugs but how can i add now the skeleton to make the wings move etc ?

You do that in blender with rigging.
