When I export an exr file from
RC, it becomes totally black when I open it as a map in another app and when I adjust the light settings, it becomes very grainy and I cant see any of the original pattern at all.
Anybody here who know what to do?

Which version are you using? What are your exact steps and settings to get such results? Where are you opening the EXR file?
