How do I make a device profile save and load by default?

Hello;

I am trying to set “r.Shadow.Virtual.NormalBias 1” and have unreal store that setting for every time I launch the windows editor.

I am trying to do that via the “Device Profiles > Windows”.

How ever despite me saying “File > Save All” in the Profiles window the settings are not saved when I relaunch the editor.

Am I misunderstanding how to use these profiles and how to make the editor load them by default when I launch the editor?

I would much rather use these profiles than the ini files so it is easy for other artists to see what settings I adjusted for the project.
