Drag a cube out into the world from the basic objects panel. If you mean to program the cubes themselves to move around etc then you need blueprints for that. This question is just too broad to give a detailed answer to, it sounds like you are new here and i suggest learning more about Unreal beforehand by watching tutorials on line.
