How do I link AnimBP with Post-Process (Pose Drivers)?

How is the animation blueprint linked with “ABP_Manny_PostProcess?” If I had my own skeletal mesh, how would I link my own post-process/pose-drivers to it?

I think what you’re looking for is directly referenced on the skeletal mesh asset, in the asset detail panel under skeletal mesh category
