You can buy it from the unreal marketplace and install using the Epic Games Launcher

The page you linked looks to be a sample project that can be used to test the plugin after you purchase it.

Hey there @Bili0800! So on Github you could either clone the project, or download it as a zip:

Then you’d unzip it, and then the project file is in ArchVisTools/SampleFiles/UE4.27

You can open that from the Epic Games Launcher or UE4.27 directly.
