How do I import Model from 3D MAX with working "impact normals" for angular tracing?

Hi there,

as mentioned in the title I need to import 3d max models of different ramps for my character to ski over . When I import these to unreal the collision works but the line trace does not trace the correct “impact normals” angle. I need the “impact normals” so that my character adjusts it’s angular position when skiing over the ramps.

The models I imported however make the skier go over the ramp parallel to the x axis. I think this has to do with exporting from 3d max.

anyone can help?
