I have created an animation of water in Blender, and I’m trying to import that animation into Unreal Engine. However, when I try to import it I can only import animation if my mesh is Skeletal mesh, which I don’t want as my animation doesn’t have bones or riggings. I have searched a lot on the internet all tutorials found are for importing animation with riggings. I didn’t find anything useful to my case.
Hey man, I can’t reach your speed! I truly find your non-stop effort to progress in Unreal Engine very impressive, keep it up!
As for your question, can you try unchecking the “Skeletal Mesh” option while importing your animation?
Yes I did, but animation wasn’t imported. But after trying all files types, .abc worked for me.
