Hi, I’ve recently started developing a project in UEFN and I have to believe that there is something I’m missing here. UEFN seems to force nanite on all static meshes being imported into the project, which obviously doesn’t support transparent materials (if the material is applied, that part of the mesh simply does not render). However, there doesn’t seem to be a way to disable nanite on an asset? In UE5 you can right click and disable nanite, or go into the static mesh and disable it through the details panel, but neither of those seem to be an option in UEFN.
Does anyone know how to disable nanite for an object, or some other work around for applying transparent materials to static meshes?
