How do I get the twinmotion plugin for sketchup to install and why won't the twinmotion plugin for revit live link?

I have two issues, First I cannot get the plugin for sketchup to install. when our IT guy at work downloads it and starts the install all the versions of sketchup are grayed out and we can go no further with the install.

Second I have the plugin for revit installed. I can export the model and bring it into twinmotion but the See in Twinmotion (real time link/render portion) does not seem to work it stalls out in revit.

This seems to be an issue and there is no fix yet.

Also you can try an older version of the plugin as well.
