How do I get the joint position all separate?

I have SenseGlove Nova hardware and they’re really not very responsive… And I’m trying to separate the location of every separate joint, but I only have a variable that stores all of them at the same place…

Any ideas of How can I separate the information? Meaning, that I want to know what exact location belongs to what exact joint?
