Not too sure but 2 possibilities may be
Island, if it makes a hole in the ocean…
or a Fort Waterbody Exclusion Volume from the Quickly Add, Drop Down Menu above Scalability

Hey is this a custom ship, and is it moving ?

I just remembered some props have properties that stop the ocean water going past the props bounds.

Grab a Waterwall 1x2 from Content Browser and stretch it so it fits neatly under the ship and blocks the ocean, I think it needs to be slightly above sea level.

But the hole ine water may be hard to get right with the curvature of the hull showing whats underneath

May have to find a balance between height out of water, waterwall width and the props layout inside the ship to hide the difference.

If your ship is moving you could also make/find a wake to attach for extra concealment.

Edit: Waterwall is no longer clipping the ocean…

Like everything else, you need to double shell the ship and set up a proper custom depth stencil system to avoid rendering water on top of the interior.
