How do I get non vault packages in my game

Hello, i recently downloaded PROCEDURAL NATURE PACK VOL. 2 from their website instead of the vault because it was £20 cheaper to find I couldn’t just drag and drop it into my content folder in my open project. Is there an easy way to get the whole package into my project?
