In an email informing me that I’m switching to FAB, it’s mentioned that I can get my previous points (488) refunded. This is supposed to be possible in the BRIGDE APP, among other places.
But I can’t find the option there or online to get my previously paid points refunded.
Where can I set it so that I can get my previously paid points refunded?
From the email, it seems like the option to refund will be available when Fab launches:
When Fab launches, Quixel subscriptions will end. If you have an eligible points balance, you will be able to request a refund or request that your points balance be converted into Epic Wallet credit. You will see the refund/conversion option on Bridge desktop app and on Quixel.com.
Hey there @Dr.Ungeheuer! Welcome to the community! As Arjun mentioned, it hasn’t been confirmed exactly when the transfer will be occurring, but consensus is that it will be elaborated on when Fab is completely launched mid to late October.
