How do i get my dissolve effect to effect different sized objects the same

Hello I am trying to create an effect for a game idea. unfortunately I am having issues where the effect looks different on different sized objects, is there any way for me to have all of them look the same.(Note: the floor is the part I am having issues with). additionally the two outputs directly go into emission and opacity mask.

Thanks that really helped get the alignment but do you have any idea of how to use the rotator node to have it move? or any other node to make the texture move?
