How do I get my AI to shoot?

It’s 4:46am, I’ve been sick for 2 weeks and am pulling an all-nighter to get my AI working, and it won’t shoot despite following my school’s obsolete instructional videos. I’m posting my repository if you want to take a crack at it. It’s using UE5.2 and I’ve messaged the instructor but It’s Sunday and the due date’s midnight. Help.
