How do i get leapmotion plugin?

as somebody with very little understanding of how github works how do i get this plugin? instructions i found here
says i need to associate my github account with my unreal account but gives no indication on how to actually do this. when i go to epic games github site here it says there are no public repositories. i really dont understand what i am supposed to do to get this plugin. Has anybody gotten this to work? Again i am not very familiar with github please be specific

You can link your Unreal account with GitHub by following these instructions:

Once you’re set up, Unreal GitHub site will show you repository for Unreal Engine. Hope that helps!

I have UE 4.7.5 with Leap Motion Plugin v0.9.2 but when i want open LeapExamples it still show me same message “This project requires LeapMotionControler plugin” Leap Motion Plugin v0.9.2

What works is when y copy the “LeapExamples folder” to existent project.
Than i can use leapmotion.
